A popular brain teaser is making the rounds online, using farm animals to test basic logic and arithmetic. The image shows three “given” weight equations and then asks you to find the weight of a final mixed group.

What the image gives you

• 2 cows = 300 kg
• 3 goats = 150 kg
• 2 buffaloes = 250 kg

Step 1: Find each animal’s weight
From 2 cows = 300 kg, one cow weighs: 300 ÷ 2 = 150 kg
From 3 goats = 150 kg, one goat weighs: 150 ÷ 3 = 50 kg
From 2 buffaloes = 250 kg, one buffalo weighs: 250 ÷ 2 = 125 kg

So we have:

• 1 cow = 150 kg
• 1 goat = 50 kg
• 1 buffalo = 125 kg

Step 2: Solve the final row
The last row shows 1 goat + 1 cow + 1 buffalo, so add them up:

• 50 + 150 + 125 = 325 kg
