Fmr Trump Official Has Medical Emergency Live on Fox News

Fox News experienced a few chaotic on-air moments on Thursday when a contributor fainted during a live segment.

Political commentator Camryn Kinsey was responding to guest host Jonathan Hunt when suddenly she appeared to struggle for words before fainting and falling out of her chair onto the floor of the studio.

A clearly rattled Hunt quickly took over the segment as someone from off-camera rushed to Kinsey’s side. The segment cut to commercial, and when he returned Hunt explained that Kinsey, a former Trump administration official, was being treated by emergency medical personnel but was conscious.

The 24-year-old political commentator criticized Biden’s divisive interview on “The View,” where he blamed “sexist” Americans for Harris’ loss to Trump in the 2024 election.

“This is what they have to do, they have to rewrite history because they had a failed campaign, they had a failed presidency. They put her as the border czar. She never went to the border. So this is about incompetency. It’s not about uh ideology,” Kinsey said before becoming incoherent and fainting.

“We’re just going to get some help here for Camryn,” Hunt said.

“Camryn is up and moving, we have paramedics checking her out now. We will keep you updated, and of course, we wish Camryn all the best,” Hunt said after the show returned from break, per the New York Post.

Kinsey served as the External Relations Director inside the Presidential Personnel Office during Trump’s first term.

Kinsey, a former Division I cheerleader, spent six months as the White House correspondent for One America News Network following her time in the Trump administration.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she most recently founded Titan Media Strategies, a media marketing consulting firm.

Earlier in the broadcast, Kinsey criticized Biden for appearing on the ABC program months after leaving office without accepting responsibility for the Democrats’ defeat.

During the interview, Biden admitted he “wasn’t surprised” that President Trump decisively defeated Harris in the 2024 election.

“I wasn’t surprised, not because I didn’t think the vice president wasn’t the most qualified person to be president. She is,” Biden claimed.

Biden attributed Harris’s unsuccessful presidential campaign to Trump’s repeated attacks, labeling them as “sexist.”

“I wasn’t surprised because they went the route of a, the sexist route, whole route, this is a woman, she’s this, she’s that,” Biden claimed.

“She was part of every success we had,” he said on the show. “We’d argue like hell by the way. That’s good.”

“We worked it out. It was a mutual thing, but like I said… when that election started, none of you would have thought that happened. We’ve done pretty good,” he added.

Harris faced backlash during her campaign for stating that she wouldn’t change anything about Biden’s accomplishments during his presidency. “There is not a thing that comes to mind in terms of — and I’ve been a part of most of the decisions that have had impact,” she said on The View in October 2024.

“I did not advise her to say that, number one, like I said, I was vice president, I understand the role,” he claimed. “I think she was talking about she wouldn’t have changed the successes we had, not opposed to changing anything at all. She has to be her own person, and she was.”

He continued, “So I think that was used in a way that is contrary to what she meant by it when she said that.”

In other media news, Kayla Tausche, CNN’s senior White House correspondent, said she is leaving the network barely two years after her widely publicized hire.

Tausche, who was poached from CNBC, did not explain her choice to quit in a goodbye message acquired by Status.

“I’m off to chase the next big story,” the 38-year-old journalist wrote to colleagues.
